10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, April through
October. The garden is also open on Friday evenings until 8:00
p.m. from May through August. |
| Price: |
$5.00 per adult (16 years and over). Admission is free for
individuals under the age of 16. Maps of the garden are available
at the Entrance Desk and will show you the locations of the
garden paths, buildings, and sites of interest for your self-guided
walk around the property.
Guided tours of the property are available for groups of 10
or more by reservation only. Reservation information can be
found in the Group and Tour Information
of the website.

| Season
Passes: |
The
Individual Visitor Pass is $20. The Frequent Visitor Pass
for 2 people is $35. The Family Pass for 4 people is $50.
Please remember individuals under 16 are free. Passes can
be purchased at the Entrance Desk. Season passes are
only good for the current calendar year.

| Wheelchair
Access: |
Chanticleer is wheelchair accessible. The topography through
parts of the garden is steep so please discuss with our Receptionist
the best way to proceed on the path before you begin your
tour. We recommend that you park in a designated spot near
the entrance so that the garden is easily accessible for the
wheelchair.
Wheelchairs are not available for rent at the garden.

| Picnic
Areas: |
There
are three designated picnic areas in the garden and we welcome
you to enjoy your picnic in these areas. We ask that you
carry out what you bring into the garden. The Receptionist
can point out the picnic areas for you. No Picnicking
on Mother's Day due to anticipated crowded conditions.

is not allowed in the garden. |

Pets
are not allowed in the garden. |
| Outside
Events Rentals: |
Chanticleer
is not available to rent for outside functions.

Guidelines: |
Painting
is allowed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during open
hours. Please leave the garden and rest rooms as you found them
and respect the wishes of the gardeners and other guests. Set
up on lawns or terraces and allow adequate space for movement
around you. Please stay with your equipment and use care in
cleaning your equipment. Please take out what you bring in.

Wedding
/ Family photography by professional photographers is not
allowed in the garden.
We ask garden photographers to sign a Photography
Guidelines and Tripod Use form which can be accessed below
or given to you upon arrival at the Entrance Desk.

Photography Guidelines and Tripod Use: Chanticleer
appreciates your interest in photographing the garden. We
restrict the use of any photography / photos / images / video
and film footage taken at Chanticleer to editorial purposes
only. We request all images be labeled naming Chanticleer
as the location. If the image is digitally captured, Chanticleer
should be included in the metadata as the location.
Photography
/ photos / images / video and film footage taken or captured
at Chanticleer may not be used for advertising, commercial
use, or services. Any exceptions require advance written permission
from the Executive Director.
We ask you abide by the following guidelines while on the
property:
- Set
up tripods on lawns or terraces, not in the garden beds,
and allow for movement
around you
- Follow
the requests of gardeners and other Chanticleer staff
- Respect
the wishes of other guests
- Leave
the garden as you found it
